My ceramics are hand painted with love in our tiny thatched cottage in Northamptonshire. Our rescue labrador Vereena is usually by my side as we share a love of 'sustaining painting snacks'. I glaze and fire my ceramics with care and post them in recyclable, eco-friendly packaging.

The process
When my ceramic paintings are finished I dip each item in glaze and leave them to dry in the kiln room. I carefully load them in the kiln - each item balanced on a tiny stilt - and (kindly kiln faeries allowing) they're fired by the following day and cool enough to unload, gift wrap and pop in the post!
