Lovely to see you!
Why 'Bagsy me first!'?
I started selling my handmade bags (hence 'Bagsy') at my son's school Christmas fair in 2013. From small beginnings I now have customers in 39 different countries and in each and every US state - which feels amazing! Kate x |
The process
When my ceramic paintings are finished I dip each item in glaze and leave them to dry in the kiln room. I carefully load them in the kiln - each item balanced on a tiny stilt - and (kindly kiln faeries allowing) they're fired by the following day and cool enough to unload, gift wrap and pop in the post!
