'The Hobbit' mug and cake plate
Here's a hand painted mug and matching cake plate, my Precious. Perfect for a slice of cake with your favourite brew, while reading your favourite book.
This generous mug holds a pint on the inside and features 'The Hobbit' and a quote from the book on the outside - you choose your favourite quote. You can have a dedication on the bottom of the plate, too :)
The matching cake plate is just the right size for edibles (160mm diameter).
Hand painted, glazed and fired (in Norbert the kiln) by me.
Need to know:
Over-sized mug measures 115 x 110mm (not including handle) and holds 1 pint (600ml), (20 fluid oz). Not microwave or dishwasher proof. Old-fashioned Marigolds and soapy suds are the way to go.
